First Point Energy Group is looking for ambitious, confident and motivated In-Home Sales Executives to join our growing team.
The role involves attending pre-arranged appointments with homeowners, discussing their existing electrical systems and exploring potential upgrade solutions, including consumer units, electrical upgrades and solar systems.
You will be responsible for building relationships with customers, identifying their requirements, presenting suitable solutions and confidently closing sales.
Key Responsibilities- Attend scheduled appointments at residential properties.
- Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners.
- Understand customers’ existing electrical systems and requirements.
- Present relevant electrical and solar upgrade options.
- Explain the benefits, costs and available solutions clearly.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Negotiate and close sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up where necessary.
- Represent First Point Energy Group professionally at all times.
- Confident and outgoing personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A natural ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working independently and travelling to appointments.
- Previous face-to-face sales experience is desirable but not essential.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.

Salary:
Starting commission based at 10-12.5% on every deal closed, with room for growth. Target (10-20k per week) within 3-6 months.
