You will receive company-provided leads, training, technology, and ongoing support. Your work helps prospective clients understand benefit programs and make informed enrollment decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Contact company-provided leads to schedule virtual consultations
- Meet prospective clients through Zoom
- Explain benefit programs clearly and honestly
- Help clients make informed enrollment decisions
- Establish activity goals with your regional manager
- Organized, disciplined, coachable, and dependable approach
- Clear written, telephone, and video communication
- Basic computer skills and Zoom comfort
- Willingness to obtain required insurance licensing
- Legal authorization to work in Canada or the United States
