You will receive training, technology, licensing support, and ongoing guidance. The work centers on understanding prospective clients’ needs and explaining benefit programs clearly. Previous insurance experience is not required.

• Contact company-provided leads and schedule virtual benefit consultations
• Meet prospective clients through Zoom
• Explain benefit programs and support informed enrollment decisions
• Serve union members, veterans, families, and partner organizations
• Establish activity and performance goals with your regional manager

• Ability to work remotely with organization and discipline
• Clear written, phone, and video communication skills
• Basic computer skills and comfort using Zoom
• Coachability, dependability, and client-focused communication
• Life-insurance license or willingness to obtain one
