Build an insurance sales career from home with HMG Careers, using Zoom and company-provided leads to support prospective clients.
As a Work From Home Sales Consultant, you will represent an established insurance brand serving union members, veterans, and families. Training, technology, and ongoing support are provided while you explain benefit programs and help clients make informed enrollment decisions. Previous insurance experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities:- Contact company-provided leads to schedule virtual benefit consultations
- Meet prospective clients through Zoom video meetings
- Explain benefit programs clearly and support enrollment decisions
- Serve union members, veterans, families, and partner organizations
- Establish activity and performance goals with your regional manager
- Clear written, phone, and video communication skills
- Organized, disciplined, coachable, and dependable approach
- Ability to manage schedules without constant supervision
- Basic computer skills and comfort using Zoom
- Life-insurance license or willingness to obtain one
Use communication, organization, and consultative sales skills to guide clients through insurance benefit decisions from home.
