You will use company-provided leads, Zoom, and training to explain benefit programs. The work requires discipline, dependable follow-through, and comfort speaking with clients.

• Contact provided leads to schedule virtual benefit consultations
• Meet prospective clients through Zoom video meetings
• Explain benefit programs and enrollment decisions clearly
• Serve union members, veterans, families, and partner groups
• Establish activity goals with your regional manager

• Clear communication in writing, phone, and video meetings
• Ability to manage schedules without constant supervision
• Basic computer skills and comfort using Zoom
• Coachable, dependable, and comfortable speaking with clients
• Life-insurance license or willingness to obtain one
