Remote benefits sales representatives use client consultations and strong communication skills to support individuals and families virtually. The contract role is based in Kelowna Central, British Columbia.
The Vaz Agency is seeking motivated, outgoing, growth-minded representatives. You will understand client needs, present insurance and benefits solutions, and develop sales skills through training and resources. Previous sales experience is welcome but not required.
Key Responsibilities:- Connect with prospective clients about needs and goals
- Present available insurance and benefits solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up consistently with prospective and existing clients
- Work independently toward sales and performance goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Willingness to learn and accept coaching
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Willingness to obtain required insurance licensing
