Diversified Brokerage Services, part of NFP, is seeking a Regional Sales Director to drive growth in California (Orange County & Los Angeles) and Hawaii. This remote role requires travel about 40% of the time to engage clients and expand business.
The ideal candidate has life insurance sales experience, FINRA licenses, and a Life & Health license, with strong CRM and budgeting skills. Compensation includes a base salary plus overrides and performance incentives.
