Client Services Sales Specialist

Drive lead generation and appointment setting as a Client Services Sales Specialist with Ryan, supporting business development through hybrid or remote work options.
This Client Services Specialist supports Business Development Directors and Principals with sales closing, follow-up, and prospect monitoring. The position handles customer calls, Salesforce data entry, and sales campaign support while maintaining knowledge of Ryan products and services. A Client Services Team Leader receives proactive status updates.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outgoing customer and cold calls to sell products
Arrange prospective client meetings for Directors and Principals
Enter customer information accurately into Salesforce
Maintain lead lists and complete follow-up activities
Support Business Development sales campaigns and calls
Requirements:
Two years of sales or telemarketing experience
Experience selling to finance and tax teams preferred
Understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Salesforce or other CRM experience is an advantage
Ability to monitor current industry developments
Use customer outreach, CRM, and appointment-setting skills to support Ryan’s business development and client service activities.
