Position: Inside Sales Representative (Fully Remote)

• You will act as a consultative closer for pet owners seeking professional dog training.
• This is a fully remote, goal-driven call center environment with uncapped commission.

Minimum Qualifications:

• You have 2+ years of phone sales or inside sales experience.
• You demonstrate success closing higher-value services and meeting KPIs.
• You possess strong discovery, objection-handling, and closing skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle inbound and outbound conversations to understand customer goals and barriers.
• Recommend the appropriate dog training program and confidently ask for the sale.
• Document customer interactions accurately and meet or exceed sales goals.
