Job Summary:

Pumpkin is seeking a Licensed Sales Representative to drive new business opportunities and expand our customer base through proactive prospecting and strategic sales initiatives. As a Licensed Sales Representative, you will focus on establishing new business, following up on leads through outbound calls and emails, and providing best-in-show service to prospective clients.

Prospective candidates should possess a goal-oriented mindset, concentrating on transforming opportunities into sales while ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will prioritize the customer, actively listening to their needs and collaborating to achieve optimal sales outcomes. Job Location:

Remote – United States This position is remote, and you will work from a home office. Occasionally, travel to the nearest office may be required for in-person activities such as team meetings, training, and culture-building events.

Main Responsibilities:

Maintain a robust sales pipeline as you complete 20-30 calls per day with a primary focus on closing new business. This will be a mix of inbound and outbound sales calls as well as emails, prioritizing outbound calls to warm leads

Provide a best-in-show experience and capitalize on every lead with potential customers, educating them on all aspects of Pumpkin's policy and product offerings in order to consistently complete the sale Analyze customer motivation by gathering information and exploring concerns while handling objections with ease

Act as a brand ambassador, establishing and building on positive experiences customers and potential customers have with Pumpkin Actively collaborate with your team to provide the best customer experience

Participate in team meetings, elevating ideas around how to close more sales and/or improve the customer experience

Basic Qualifications:
