Bilingual Industrial Solutions Sales Executive

Build a Canadian automation business through complex solution selling, executive presentations, and bilingual account leadership. Remote work is available Canada-wide.

As Senior Key Account Manager, you will develop a national customer base while managing existing parcel relationships worth millions annually. The portfolio spans parcel and mail sortation, material handling, intralogistics, systems integration, and industrial machinery. You will stay engaged through lengthy sales cycles, from warehouse discovery and consulting plans to project closure and account expansion. The position includes up to 50% travel across Canada, plus United States trips for training and major trade shows.

You will work directly with the Canadian business leader and coordinate engineering, legal, technical, and delivery resources.

• Discover operational challenges directly with warehouse teams
• Shape consulting scopes and change plans for clients
• Quarterback complex pursuits across internal specialist groups
• Close transformational projects valued at $10M–$50M
• Present solutions to vice presidents and C-suite leaders

• 8+ years in enterprise B2B sales or key accounts
• Experience selling automation or industrial technology solutions
• Multi-million-dollar deals involving integrated systems and software
• Professional French and English fluency for negotiations
• Patience, maturity, independence, and entrepreneurial initiative
