Remote Sales Operations Analyst

Support institutional financial services sales remotely from Canada using RFP coordination, CRM accuracy, and pipeline reporting skills. Payward Services needs organized commercial support.

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will coordinate business development operations across Sales, Legal, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Solutions. You will manage RFPs and DDQs, qualify leads, maintain CRM data, and support customer onboarding. Your analysis of customer feedback and operational data will inform sales performance and strategic decisions.

• Manage RFP and DDQ processes through final submission
• Coordinate technical, security, and compliance questionnaire responses
• Maintain CRM accounts, contacts, stages, and outreach activities
• Build pipeline reports, dashboards, and forecasting inputs
• Support signed-agreement transitions into customer onboarding

• At least three years in sales operations or related work
• Experience managing complex proposals with multiple contributors
• CRM experience supporting customer information and opportunity pipelines
• Strong writing, editing, formatting, and attention to accuracy
• Ability to manage priorities across distributed teams
