Regal Rexnord is seeking a Sales Manager, OEM & Retrofit to drive profitable growth with OEM customers and in retrofit markets across Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The role combines regional market development with hands-on sales execution, working with end users, service partners, distributors and internal teams.
You will build a strong pipeline, manage OEM relationships, coordinate proposals and negotiate agreements while traveling as needed and maintaining up-to-date forecasts.
