The Jake West Agency is expanding our virtual team and hiring a highly motivated, fully remote Inside Sales Representative. We aren't looking for people who want to coast on a flat salary. We want driven individuals who want a financial safety net while they learn the ropes, followed by uncapped earning potential as they produce.
You don't need an insurance license to apply. We will guide you through getting licensed before your start date and reimburse the costs once you pass. From day one, you will receive hands-on virtual sales coaching while getting paid, and we supply the leads so you can focus entirely on closing deals and growing your paycheck from home.
How You’ll EarnYour paycheck should reflect your hustle. Our compensation plan is designed to help you scale your income quickly:
- Paid Virtual Training: Earn a guaranteed base plus an activity bonus during your first 90 days of one-on-one coaching.
- Base + Uncapped Commission: Enjoy a stable base salary that permanently increases as your consistent production grows, plus aggressive commissions on everything you sell.
- Year 1 Target: ~$75,000/year for reps hitting our standard ramp-up goals.
- Tenured Target: $145,000+/year (Our top performers consistently average this level or higher).
- Annual Bonuses: Take home an extra end-of-year bonus based on your total annual sales.
- High-Intent Leads Provided: We supply a steady mix of live transfers, inbound calls, internet, and social media leads. You won't be cold-calling the phone book.
- 100% Sales Focus: Your only job is new client acquisition. You will not be bogged down with servicing existing accounts.
- Connected Remote Culture: You might be at home, but you are never on an island. We keep our team engaged with daily virtual huddles and constant access to leadership via video and chat.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST. We never require our staff to work weekends. - Full Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.
- Make outbound calls from your home office to help families across the entire state of Georgia find the right auto, home, and life coverage.
- Explain coverage in plain language so people confidently understand what they are buying.
- Work closely with leadership via virtual meetings to hit sales targets and continuously improve your skills.
- Highly competitive, resilient to rejection, and motivated by uncapped earning potential.
- Remote-Ready: You have a quiet, dedicated home office space and reliable, high-speed internet.
- Sales or customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, call centers) is a huge plus. Insurance experience is not required.
- Self-disciplined and capable of managing your time effectively in a work-from-home environment.
- Willing to pass the Georgia Property & Casualty exam prior to starting (most finish in about two weeks). Already licensed? You can start even sooner.
