Sales Manager; Fully Remote

• We're hiring an experienced Sales Manager to nurture and inspire a high-performing team of 9 Account Executives.
• The sales team is instrumental in driving Osano forward by bringing our suite of products to a new generation of customers.

• Revenue Leadership involves designing quarterly plans, supporting meetings, and conducting forecast reviews.
• Team Development focuses on inclusive servant leadership, hiring, mentoring, and collaborating with People team.

• 2-5 years managing AEs in enterprise SaaS, ideally with MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Force Management experience.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to thrive in remote environment, and customer-focused mindset.
