Business Development Loan Originator – Private Lending / DSCR
Remote - Nationwide | USAVisa Sponsorship:

We are looking for a Business Development Loan Originator who knows how to generate business, develop investor relationships, structure deals and close loans.
An established book of business is highly valued, but we are also interested in motivated producers who have demonstrated the ability to generate business and build lasting client relationships.

- Own, manage and grow your existing book of business
- Originate and close Private Lending, BPL and DSCR loans nationally
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate investors
- Act as a strategic financing partner to investment-property clients
- Structure financing solutions around individual client needs
- Generate new business through self-sourced prospecting and relationship development
- Convert company-provided leads into additional production
- Develop repeat and referral business
- Maintain an active pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects and clients
- Work closely with Operations, Underwriting and Capital Markets to move transactions efficiently through closing
- Consistently work toward and exceed production objectives
- Experience in Private Lending, BPL and/or DSCR
- Experience working with real estate investors
- Strong relationship-building and business-development skills
- Direct-to-consumer origination experience
- Ability to generate self-sourced business
- Strong deal-structuring and closing skills
- DSCR experience
- Fix & Flip, Bridge and/or Ground-Up Construction experience is highly valued
- Strong prospecting and follow-up skills
- Ability to develop repeat and referral business
- Strong CRM and pipeline-management skills
