Account Director- Remote Position

Reporting to the President, the Account Director is responsible for acquiring new customers and building the company sales team. The Account Director will focus on bringingall company products to targeted customers, including ag distribution, retail,and coops in the US. The ideal candidate will have experience in a related position, existing customer relationships, experience building a high-performing sales team, and a desire to be the best in the industry.

• Build pipeline of new customers and closenew business for all products.
• Solicit and sign new customers while managing existing ones.
• Execute distribution agreements in linewith objectives.
• Provide a monthly forecast, including pipeline and committed volumes/revenue.

• Hire and develop high performing sales team with desired market coverage.
• Set annual/quarterly/monthly objectives for staff andhold team accountable for results.
• Provide necessary coaching to team with appropriate cadence.

• Develop annual sales plan with key milestones andgoals identified and execute against the plan.
• Support strategic planning and budget process.
• Inform business on customer needs and new product development ideas.
