Sell life insurance remotely from anywhere in Canada, using telephone consultations, digital tools, and provided leads to support prospective clients.
Maple Bay Financial welcomes licensed advisors and candidates willing to obtain a Canadian life insurance license. You will assess client needs, present suitable solutions, and guide applications from consultation through close. Coaching, mentorship, established processes, and sales resources support your development.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct telephone consultations with life insurance prospects
- Assess needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Present products and provide client quotes
- Guide applications and follow up through CRM
- Maintain records and responsive customer service
- Valid Canadian provincial life insurance license, or willingness to obtain one
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence with telephone-based sales conversations
- Self-motivation, organization, and independent work ability
- Comfort with CRM systems and digital technology
