Enterprise Account Executive III - Nordic

About the role

Camunda is an enterprise platform for agentic orchestration, enabling coordination of AI agents, people, and systems across complex processes. This role owns the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from prospecting to negotiation and close, in a Nordic region focused territory.

What you'll do

• Own and execute the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts from prospecting through close
• Build and drive strategic account plans identifying whitespace and a path to close
• Navi gate complex, multi-stakeholder buying committees including technical, business, and executive buyers
• Partner with sales engineering and customer success to ensure technical credibility and a smooth handoff after close
• Represent Camunda to senior leaders and buyers, tailoring the pitch to each audience
• Forecast accurately and maintain pipeline health with discipline

What they're looking for

• Significant experience closing enterprise software deals end-to-end, six figures or more
• Proven ability to navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise environments and work with C-suite, IT, legal, and procurement
• Strong territory and account planning instincts and independent planning capability
• Ability to sell technical products credibly and knowledge of process automation or related tech
• Negotiation experience under pressure and a relationship-building advisory approach
• Willingness to work with Camunda's product and collaborate with cross-functional teams
