Due to continued growth, they're expanding their Utah sales team and looking for ambitious, commercially driven sales professionals who enjoy prospecting, networking and converting new business opportunities.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of your own sales pipeline, build a long-term portfolio of clients and develop a recurring income stream through ongoing residual commissions.

The Opportunity

You’ll be responsible for identifying, developing and securing new business across the Utah market, introducing business owners to solutions that simplify their payroll, HR and workforce management processes.

You’ll have the flexibility to work remotely while spending time meeting local business owners and visiting prospective clients.

The business currently supports over 50,000 clients across the US, with a strong presence in the SMB market, including retailers, restaurants and other growing businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and win new business opportunities across the Utah market.
• Develop relationships with business owners, decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
• Generate opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting and your existing professional network.
• Present payroll, HR, HCM and workforce management solutions to prospective clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial conversation through to closing new accounts.
• Build and maintain a portfolio of clients that generates ongoing residual income.
• Work towards clearly defined sales targets and contribute to the continued growth of the regional team.

What They're Looking For

• Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within HCM, payroll, HR technology or related industries.
• A genuine hunter mentality with a strong track record of winning new business.
• An established network of business owners, decision-makers or HCM contacts would be highly advantageous.
• Experience selling into SMB markets, including retail, hospitality, restaurants or professional services.
• Confident communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, commercially driven and comfortable working independently.
• Someone who enjoys building something long-term rather than simply chasing the next transaction.
