B2B sales & business development manager

COMPARINGER is a Cyprus-focused job platform connecting employers with job seekers. We're looking for an experienced B2B Sales & Business Development Partner to help us grow our customer network, build lasting client relationships and develop new business opportunities in Cyprus. This is a flexible, primarily remote contractor opportunity, suitable alongside other professional commitments and attractive compensation possibilities.

Acquire employer clients through your network, phone, Linked In, email and other effective channels. Work with existing employer prospects and identify new opportunities. Build relationships with decision-makers, negotiate deals and turn prospects into customers. Manage client relationships, follow-ups and sales activities. Depending on your experience and interests, contribute to strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.

Proven experience in B2B sales, business development or client acquisition. Strong communication and negotiation skills in Greek and English. An independent, proactive approach focused on results and long-term relationships. Будет плюсом:

This is a commission-based contractor role with no fixed salary. Earn 20–35% of revenue received from customers you acquire or convert, during their first 12 paid months. Commission rates increase with agreed responsibilities and sales performance.
