Location: New York
Lead quality for Icelandic AI training data by checking reviewers' work and keeping the team on one standard. You catch recurring errors early and turn them into clearer guidelines.
What you will do- Spot-check Icelandic AI outputs and reviewer work for grammar, tone, meaning and cultural fit
- Track recurring issues and elevate critical ones
- Maintain style guides, FAQs, examples and calibration sets
- Run onboarding and calibration calls for trainers and reviewers
- Native-level Icelandic with strong written English
- Prior QA, editing, localization or team-lead experience
- Clear, specific written feedback
- Most projects require living in a country where the language is spoken
- Remote, hourly contract (independent contractor)
- Part-time, flexible: 10–40 hrs/week
- Remote

Pay: $60 / hour (USD). Paid weekly in USD. Typical rate $60 per hour, confirmed after a short paid assessment.
