Sephora is seeking a District Asset Protection Manager to lead asset protection strategies across multiple Sephora retail locations. You will reduce shrink, mitigate risk, and strengthen operational excellence through data-driven decision making while developing a district team of Asset Protection Partners.
You will collaborate with store leadership, corporate teams, and law enforcement partners, travel ~75%, and drive a culture of accountability and performance in a fragrance-filled retail
