Oshi Health is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to own the security of our cloud-native healthcare platform. You will lead threat modeling, secure design reviews, and non-human identity management across AWS and SaaS environments.
You will harden access controls, integrate security into AI development workflows, and guide the organization on risk, compliance, and data protection for PHI. A strong background in healthcare security and hands-on tooling is required.
