Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular visits to children in care, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
• Engage with children and families to develop, review, and implement robust care plans.
• Collaborate with the wider team to improve outcomes and share best practice.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive case records, complying with statutory and organisational requirements.
• Participate in a rotating duty system, contributing to office-based tasks and team activities approximately one week in every four.
