What you will do:

• Conduct safeguarding inquiries into abuse, neglect, and exploitation for adults aged 18 and over.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with various agencies such as the police, housing authorities, and health professionals.
• Implement the Making Safeguarding Personal (MSP) approach and apply knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act 2005, Human Rights Act 1998, and Care Act 2014 in your daily practice.
• Use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with individuals and support them towards achieving the best outcomes.
• Demonstrate strong social work values and practices consistently to protect and enhance the wellbeing of those at risk.
• Work collaboratively with your team and maintain comprehensive documentation and reports.
