Evaluate and appraise safeguarding referrals within the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub.
• Gather and assess information from multiple agencies to inform decisions quickly and effectively.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments, offering clear recommendations to support vulnerable children and families.
• Maintain robust communication between families and support services to promote positive outcomes.
• Participate actively in case discussions and strategy meetings, contributing to informed and coordinated interventions.
