What you will do:

• Conduct comprehensive Child and Families Assessments
• Manage casework from referral through to CIN, CP, LAC, and care proceedings
• Ensure the welfare and safeguarding of children are prioritised
• Liaise with multi‑disciplinary teams and attend necessary court proceedings
• Provide expert advice and guidance to families and stakeholders
• Utilize reflective supervision to evaluate and improve casework
