ASYE and Level 1 will be £38,220 - £46,142 (pro rata for part time colleagues).

Level 2 will be £42,839 - £49,282 (pro rata for part time colleagues).

Level 3 will be £47,181 - £53,460 (pro rata for part time colleagues).

To promote fairness and consistency, all new starters will begin at the bottom of the pay band. You will support people living with long‑term conditions to live well in the community. You will do this by working alongside them, their carers and families to understand what matters most, and what support is needed to help them live a safe and independent life.
