Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Retreat Leader, you will be responsible for planning and hosting Clarity Weekends, guiding participants through curated activities, promoting self-reflection, and ensuring a smooth retreat experience. You will communicate with participants, coordinate logistics, and collaborate with the team to create meaningful and impactful retreats. Attention to detail, facilitation skills, and a passion for personal growth are essential.

Qualifications
Facilitation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead group activities and engage participants effectively
Strong organizational skills, experience in event planning, and the ability to manage logistics for retreats
Effective communication and active listening skills, with a focus on creating a safe and inclusive environment
Passion for personal growth, mindfulness practices, and fostering meaningful connections
Flexibility to work both onsite in Bengaluru and remotely as required
Experience in wellness, coaching, or related fields is an advantage
Comfortable working in natural, outdoor settings and fostering a positive atmosphere
