About

The Role

You will architect and develop a scalable and high‑performing web application using React.js, Type Script.

You will effectively manage the application state, ensuring responsive and efficient user interfaces with MobX.

You will own your work from A to Z: collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate frontend components with backend services, implement design specs, plan workload, communicate risks, analyse product design complexity.

You will optimise web application performance, focusing on rendering speed and runtime efficiency.

You will continuously stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and best practices, integrating them into our projects to drive innovation and excellence.

You will work within a small multicultural team of ~80 passionate, friendly & committed folks.

About You

Proven experience in architecting and developing large‑scale web applications like SaaS platforms that have scaled to millions of users and/or dozens of developers.

In‑depth knowledge of React.js and a strong understanding of component‑based architecture.

Expertise with state management using MobX or good knowledge of the observer pattern.

Good communication skills: you don’t hesitate to reach out to relevant stakeholders to gather the right information and you know how to showcase your work.

Autonomous, pragmatic & favor speed of iteration over perfection. You believe fast iteration is the best way to learn.

Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to break complex technical challenges into smaller ones and deliver them.
