We are looking for a Rust or C++ engineer with extensive high‑frequency trading (HFT) systems experience. Our technology is based on Rust (backend), Type Script (UI), and Python (data). The ideal candidate must be willing to learn and become an expert in Rust if not already proficient, although we welcome candidates from C++/C backgrounds.

You will join our small but rapidly growing Options Business Unit’s fully remote engineering team, building and improving our low‑latency options trading system. You’ll solve interesting business problems with high impact on our bottom line. Candidates in Asian or European time‑zones are preferred.

• Design scalable systems architecture and simple, extendable APIs.
• Leverage low‑latency and/or options trading experience to deliver high‑performance solutions.
• Collaborate in a globally remote asynchronous team context.
• Approach problem‑solving pragmatically through iteration, balancing business requirements with a long‑term technical vision.
• Take complete ownership from gathering initial requirements to deployment.
• Maintain an operational mindset, understanding infrastructure and deployments.

• Expertise in low‑latency and/or data‑heavy (trading) systems or similar, with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong experience in Rust and/or C/C++.
• Willingness to become an expert in Rust if not already proficient.
• Experience with unit and integration testing, or equivalent functional testing approaches.
• Knowledge of options trading, or a keen interest that is considered essential.
• Previous experience with exchange connectivity and/or FPGA technologies is valuable.

  SQL databases and protobuf‑based protocols, or similar technologies, is considered essential.
