Salary: Up to £55,000 (dependant on experience)
AboutThe Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced developer to join our team on a 12‑month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a range of single page applications built in the Angular framework. Although remote, you will closely work with a team of developers and product owners to build high‑quality user interfaces. At Love Energy Savings, we encourage collaboration and practical problem‑solving within a professional and friendly environment.
Eligibility: Must be living in the UK with full right to work (visa sponsorship not available).
What You Can Expect to Be Doing- Contributing to the design and development of new features and applications, working with designers to translate UI/UX designs into responsive, user‑friendly interfaces
- Build reusable components and libraries for future use
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Apply form validation for user input
- Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high‑quality standards and share feedback with the team
- Keep up to date with the latest technologies, frameworks and best practices
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a developer
- Strong experience with the Angular framework
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS and Type Script
- Experience working with APIs and integrating them into front‑end applications
- Excellent problem‑solving
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exposure to Azure Dev Ops pipelines and web apps or similar cloud platforms
- An eye for design and attention to detail
- Experience working in an Agile environment and exposure to Scrum rituals
- Experience working with CMS tools such as Umbraco
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
