We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to build intuitive, performant, and scalable applications across our front-end and back-end systems. will join a collaborative team of developers, designers, and product managers, focusing on delivering robust features and maintaining secure, testable, and well-documented code.

• Develop and Maintain Features: Take ownership of features aligned with product goals, contributing to a high-quality codebase across the full stack.
• Contribute to Agile Processes: Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives to help the team meet goals and continuously improve processes.
• Conduct Code Reviews: Review peers’ code and provide constructive feedback to strengthen code quality, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with peers and stakeholders to understand requirements, refine solutions, and deliver outcomes meeting customer and business needs.
• Ensure Security Standards: Adhere to and promote security practices, ensuring code consistently aligns with Schema App standards.

• Proficiency in Programming: Strong proficiency across the full stack, including server-side development (
  PHP/Laravel
  ) and front-end work using JavaScript and Vue.js
  . Must apply full stack development patterns and software architecture principles to write robust and maintainable code.
• Collaboration: Works effectively in cross-functional teams, partnering with product managers, backend engineers, and designers. Contributes thoughtfully to team discussions, code reviews, and shared goals.
• Problem-Solving: Skilled at breaking down complex problems and identifying root causes. Takes a methodical approach to designing clean, testable, and scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Agile Execution: Participates actively in agile development processes (sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups) and delivers high-quality, incremental improvements with speed and consistency.
• Communication: Communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Writes documentation, provides helpful feedback in code reviews, and keeps teams aligned through proactive updates.
• Technical Expertise: Familiarity with REST/GraphQL
