We’re looking for a Junior Cold Fusion / CFML Developer who wants to learn, grow and be part of a team delivering secure, cloud-based collaboration software for central government, healthcare and defence clients.

This is a great opportunity to develop your skills, gain hands-on experience and work on projects that genuinely matter.

What the role involves

You’ll work alongside experienced developers, helping to:

Build and enhance platform features using CFML (Cold Fusion), jQuery and SQL
Support maintenance, bug fixes and performance improvements
Apply secure coding practices in a high-trust environment
Test, debug and contribute to code reviews
Take part in team meetings, planning sessions and technical discussions

You’ll get regular mentoring, guidance and exposure to how secure software is built, deployed and improved.

What we’re looking for

Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
A passion for learning and building things through code
Some knowledge or interest in:
CFML / Cold Fusion
jQuery
SQL
Elasticsearch
Redis
Strong communication and teamwork skills
If you’ve built personal projects, Git Hub repos, Uni assignments, or anything you’re proud of — we’d love to hear about them.
