Overview

Full Stack Software Engineer – Front Office Banking Derivatives, London.

This role is primarily front‑office focused with React (75%) and Java (25%) to support trading, marketing, trade analysis and research applications within an investment bank.

Title: Full Stack Software Engineer
Technical focus: React (75%) and Java (25%)
Employer: front‑office banking derivatives
Salary: £70,000–£85,000 plus bonus and pension
Location: London City – hybrid 50/50 home working
Technical Stack: React front‑end;
Java 21 back‑end

You will be a hands‑on Full Stack developer using React for the front‑end and Java 21 for the back‑end. You will work with front‑office risk teams, trading desks, quants and Dev Ops to build state‑of‑the‑art front‑to‑back pricing and risk solutions, supporting trading, marketing, trade analysis and research initiatives.

The position will be interviewed in December, with offers out in January.
