Seeking Experienced Senior Software Engineer for a full‑time remote role within a global specialist in bespoke software solutions.

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer to join a dynamic team specialising in the development of bespoke applications that streamline business processes. The role involves working on secure, highly regulated systems where data integrity and compliance are critical.

Join a passionate team responsible for designing, developing, and supporting bespoke web‑based solutions for complex operational environments. You’ll work across the full development lifecycle to create and maintain secure, high‑integrity applications tailored for highly regulated sectors, including logistics and justice sector contracts.

You’ll be joining a team of 12 developers – with expectations for this to double in size over the next 12 to 18 months.

• Developing and maintaining bespoke web applications
• Participate in analysis and support activities contributing to technical decision‑making and problem‑solving
• Mentoring junior developers, fostering growth and best practices within the team
• Conducting code reviews to maintain standards and improve overall code quality
• Providing ongoing support for existing applications and systems

• Strong collaborator and team player, thriving in a supportive and dynamic environment
• Experience working in small, close‑knit teams, where adaptability and initiative are key
• Ability to hit the ground running, quickly understanding our systems and contributing from day one
• SC Clearable: A British Citizen with at least 5 years of continuous UK address history
• Experience with .NET, React, Type Script
