• Further develop our real estate platform built on Salesforce and custom services.
• Design and build high‑quality, reusable, and reliable code on the Salesforce platform (Apex, Lightning Web Components) and in modern software stacks (Node.js, React).
• Work across backend, frontend, and integrations depending on roadmap.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers in small, cross‑functional teams using agile methodologies.
• Ensure application stability, security, and performance through automated testing and code reviews.
• Debug, identify, and resolve issues while aligning with business requirements.
• Participate in design and architecture discussions, shaping the future of our platform.
• Share knowledge through mentoring and pair programming, contribute to documentation, and support continuous improvement of engineering practices.

• At least 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, SOQL) OR in a modern software engineering stack (Node.js, React/Next.js, Java, Python).
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field from a reputable university.
• Strong skills in either backend (Apex, Node.js, Java) or frontend (LWC, React), ideally both.
• Familiarity or open to learn Salesforce ecosystem, APIs, integrations, and data models.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and strong collaboration skills are required.
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor) in your day‑to‑day work.
• Commitment to contributing to a modern engineering culture: mentoring peers, participating in code reviews, and sharing knowledge openly.
• Understanding of software engineering best practices: testing, CI/CD, code reviews, clean architecture.
