Eucalyptus (or ‘Euc’ for short) is the company behind Juniper, one of the world’s largest weight‑management programs combining GLP‑1 medication with a tailored nutrition and exercise programme, supported by our multidisciplinary care team. It is also behind a growing family of digital healthcare clinics – Pilot, Kin, Software, Compound – across men’s health and well‑being, fertility, skincare, and preventative health. These clinics create one ecosystem designed to make good health last a lifetime.

Our published clinical research on Juniper demonstrates that patients in our program are 4x as likely to lose significant weight through their course of treatment. For our other clinics, we apply the same evidence‑based philosophy of combining medical science, personalised care, and behavioural insights to improve patient outcomes.

Since launching, we’ve grown fast to support millions of patients. In the last 12 months:

• Globally, grew revenue by >130% YoY, while reducing cash burned by 90% YoY, with over $100 M USD raised from global investors such as BOND, New View, Blackbird and Airtree (early backers of companies like Canva, Stripe and Airbnb)
• Grew to over 100,000 monthly active patients globally across our weight‑management program
• Grew from 4,000 to ~40,000 patients in the UK, and received selective NICE endorsement to provide service to the NHS
• Tailored our offering to over 5,000 patients in Germany and Japan, with a goal to extend our patient base to over 30,000 patients across both markets in 2025

• Be based in our awesome London office and work within our Webflow developer team globally (open to remote working too!)
• Take ownership of the continued development of associated websites running on the Webflow platform.
• Build new complex landing pages, as well as update existing pages and utilise functions like e‑commerce, CMS collections and components.
• Add animations and interactions to websites and enrich Webflow’s native functionality with custom code.
• Work in a sprint‑based development process to build and launch new website features and initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with our design, copywriting and SEO teams to ensure pixel‑perfect visuals and excellent user experience across all devices.
• A continuous focus on optimising shared‑components, reducing redundancy in elements, symbols and class styles to improve quality and decrease build times.
• Ensure website hygiene by QA’ing your work and making sure you are building cleanly with Webflow best practices so it can be easily handed over to another developer.

• A sound knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Strong proficiency in Webflow and page builder CMS systems
• Detail oriented and enthusiastic about creating amazing webpages across different screen sizes
• Ability to implement design systems and develop interfaces that are consistent with brands
• Comfortable working autonomously, taking initiative, and solving problems in a rapidly growing and fast‑paced environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new features or website platforms
• Enjoy working in a team with other developers where you can share knowledge

• Knowledge of Java script
• An eye for visual design
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices
• Experience using design tools like Figma
• Experience using analytics and experimentation tools like Google Analytics
• Experience with automation tools like Zapier
• Experience with third‑party tools and code libraries like GSAP
