Seeking a highly motivated and driven Senior Software Developer to work 100% Remotely to support enterprise IT for our War‑fighter customer who upholds America's status as the "Land of the Free" every day, at work, or at play.

• Will research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs.
• Will work independently in the analysis of user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.
• Will update software or enhance existing software capabilities.
• Will be performing application modernization.
• Will be migrating to Dev Ops/Dev Sec Ops .
• Will work with computer Hardware Engineers to integrate hardware and software systems and develop specifications and performance requirements.
• Will maintain databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team.
• Will provide expertise and direction in the development and/or modification of computer‑based scientific, technical, and business software systems.
• Will use expertise to design, develop, code, test, and debug software.
• May work in one or several areas, such as equipment or software design, engineering evaluation or test, configuration management procedures, statistical analysis, and modeling.

• 10+ years of software, application, and web development experience.
• 5+ years of experience changing applications from Oracle to SQL Server 2017.
• Experience working with application modernization, (.Net, C#, ASP.Net Core).
• Experience with other Software Tools/Technologies (not all required):
  Oracle PL/SQL, Transact SQL, Web Forms, HTML5, CSS 3.0, jQuery, Node.js, JavaScript, VBScript, Object Oriented Programming, ODBC, JDBC, OLE, Visual Studio, IIS, Oracle 11g/12c/19c, Remedy, JDK, Toad, UNIX, SQL Plus, Extra View, UML, .NET Framework, Net Beans, Apache Tomcat, Apache Struts MVC, Team Foundation Server, SharePoint, Apache Subversion, Git
• Experience with Dev Ops/Dev Sec Ops , is a plus.

• BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering or an Information Technology. Allowable Substitution: 6 years of related experience or 4 years of related experience with an AA/AS degree

The likely salary range for this position is $160,000 - $190,000 annually. This is not, however, a guarantee of total compensation or salary or any other compensation offered. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
