Our Salesforce App pushes our market leading Quote & Order functionality into the Salesforce platform. We leverage the lead & opportunity capabilities of the Salesforce platform to deliver a seamless user experience and streamline the sales journey.

Our Salesforce (SFDC) applications are built on the Lightning framework (Lightning Web Component & Aura), to deliver 100% native Salesforce experience to our customers.

We rely heavily on open-source tools and libraries, while also maintaining our own, to streamline development, making it faster, simpler, and more consistent. Our code is managed using Git, undergoes peer review, and is then tested, packaged, and deployed through our CI/CD pipelines.
** About the role
** Joining our team as a Senior Frontend Software Engineer you will collaborate with our cross-functional team to design, build, and optimise features/technology for our Salesforce App, which is part of the CSG Quote & Order  your first 90 days, you’ll get comfortable with our system, join a squad, build strong relationships with the team, and kick off new feature development to deliver awesome outcomes for our customers.
** We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer (SALESFORCE) | PRODUCT R&D, INNOVATION & OWNERSHIP who will:
*** Champion clean, efficient code by giving thoughtful PR feedback and holding the team to high standards.
* Work creatively to solve real-world problems for customers around the world.
* Collaborate with product and design teams to translate customer needs into impactful, user-friendly UI/X.
* Take ownership across our systems, and contribute ideas to product design and architecture. Spot inefficiencies, resolve bottlenecks and keep everything running like clockwork.
* Work with technology in Salesforce and our core platform REST APIs, and technologies such as Apache Kafka.
* Mentor and inspire the team by sharing your expertise and helping others level up their skills.
* Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and trends to keep us at the forefront of innovation and productivity.
* 5+ years of software development experience in front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
* Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript/
* Good Knowledge of building user-friendly UI/UX/
* Knowledge of modern CSS framework (i.e.: Bootstrap, Material Design, Tailwind)
* The ability to communicate well, and work in a collaborative team environment
* Big bonus points if you’ve worked in Salesforce Application development and have experience with:
* Lightning Web Component or Aura Component
* Salesforce Apex Programming
* Salesforce Object Query Language and Salesforce Object Search Language
* Salesforce Data Modelling and System Configuration

The Quote & Order team does not maintain a dedicated office space, so your position will be 100% remote with the exception of several in-person workshops during the year (in Bali – see below – and Melbourne).
