• Define and own the technical architecture and roadmap of the game.
• Lead engineering efforts across gameplay systems, networking, backend, and tools.
• Oversee backend and server orchestration (matchmaking, scaling, cloud/hybrid infra).
• Drive performance optimisation across a wide range of mobile devices.
• Ensure smooth Unity–native code integration and effective OS‑level interfacing.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines & engineering best practices, maintain technical excellence.
• Mentor and guide engineers, providing leadership on complex problem‑solving.
• Collaborate closely with design, art, and production to deliver a polished competitive experience.

• 10+ years of professional experience in game development, with at least 2 shipped multiplayer titles (PC, console, or mobile).
• Strong experience in Unity/Unreal with deep understanding of engine loops.
• Proven ability to work with native code (C++, Java, Objective‑C/Swift) and interface with OS‑level systems.
• Deep knowledge of networking, backend systems, matchmaking, and server orchestration.
• Track record of optimising games for mobile hardware (low to high spec).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
