About the Role

Strove is seeking a Senior Front End Engineer. You’ll play a key role in crafting user-facing features that are both beautiful and functional, contributing to a product that drives real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of robust front end solutions using modern web technologies
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless, user-centric experiences.
• Champion performance, scalability, and accessibility across all front end projects.
• Write clean, maintainable, and modular code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
• Actively contribute to design reviews, code reviews, and technical discussions across the engineering team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in web technologies, frameworks, and design systems, applying them thoughtfully to improve product quality and development velocity.
• Debug and resolve front end issues with an eye toward improving user experience and application reliability.
• Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Key

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience developing modern front end applications.
• Expertise in building scalable, component-based applications using React and Type Script.
• Deep understanding of responsive design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
