• 5+ years in software engineering
• Deep experience with .NET and relational databases (
  SQL Server

  )
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
• Skilled in writing testable, maintainable code
• Comfort with containerization and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Expertise in at least one modern frontend framework (
  Angular
  , React
  , or Vue
  )
• Clear, constructive communication — you value team over ego
