Established Software firm have a new opening for a Graduate Technical Support Developer – C#, T-SQL, ASP.Net.

After the initial training period, the responsibilities of the role be quite wide ranging because all technical staff do both software development / programming and technical support. As a new employee you will initially learn the product portfolio from a site support point of view before moving onto development. You will then take on a portion of the support work whilst working with an experienced developer until full technical competency is attained.

You will use a range of technologies in the core products, mainly but not limited to C#, T-SQL and ASP.Net. Most work is on Windows based machines but occasionally you will be exposed to Linux / Unix.

Your experience:

You will have a valid UK driving license and your own transport. You should have a recognised qualification aligned to Computer Programming / Software Development, ideally be degree educated in Computer Science or other numerate discipline, with a really keen interest in all things Software Development. Full product training will be given but as part of the selection process, you will be able to demonstrate real-world practical experience of your technical skillset including coding expertise – C#, T-SQL, ASP.Net

etc.

The role will suit individuals currently working as Graduate Technical Support Developer – C#, T-SQL, ASP.Net, Software Developer, Support Engineer, Graduate Programmer, Junior Developer and be living within a commutable distance of Newbury, Reading, Swindon, Andover, Oxford, Salisbury, Southampton, Winchester, Devizes, Berkshire or be willing to relocate.
