Cosa cerchiamo
Una persona brillante e motivata, preferibilmente laureata, con una solida conoscenza di :

Java e Spring Boot (esperienza con EJB / JBoss è un plus)
Database open source (MySQL e Postgres)
Linux
Capacità di strutturare e progettare un Software
Conoscenza delle best practice di sviluppo

Saranno valutate positivamente esperienze con

Cloud Platform (GCP, AWS, Azure o altri)
Sviluppo Front-End, in particolare Angular

Soft Skills
Oltre alle competenze tecniche, ricerchiamo una persona con ottime capacità di relazione, predisposizione al lavoro di squadra e al problem solving, e con un forte orientamento al cliente.

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Java Software Engineer at Open Gate S.p.a. located in Gorgonzola, with flexibility for remote work. The Java Software Engineer will be responsible for software development, microservices architecture, programming, and utilizing the Spring Framework to build robust Java applications.

What We Are Looking For
A bright and motivated individual, preferably with a degree, who has solid knowledge of :

Java and Spring Boot (experience with EJB / JBoss is a plus)
Open-source databases (MySQL and Postgres)
Linux
Ability to structure and design software
Knowledge of development best practices

Experience with the following will be considered a plus

Cloud Platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure, or others)
Front-end development, particularly with Angular

Soft Skills
In addition to technical skills, we are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a team-oriented mindset, problem‑solving abilities, and strong customer focus.
