The Opportunity

The care sector is being transformed by technology, and we are looking for a Software Engineer to build a key part of this transformation. You will drive the implementation of features for Found OS, our next-generation SaaS platform that revolutionises care home management. You will work on the system that helps care providers manage enquiries, track occupancy, handle billing, and deliver better care to residents across the UK.

This is a hands-on role where you will contribute to technical excellence while shipping fast. You will work across our full stack (Type Script, Node.js, React, Kubernetes), and experiment extensively with AI. We are looking for someone who embodies "outcomes over output" and cares about solving real problems for care providers, not just writing code.

What does this role involve?

• Building high-impact features for Found
  
  OS, collaborating closely with your cross functional team
• Writing clean, well-tested code that ships daily
• Collaborating with Product and Design to contribute to feature decisions based on care provider needs and business outcomes
• Experimenting with AI tools and integrations to enhance care provider workflows and internal productivity
• Contributing to our platform evolution and improving developer experience
• Contributing to our engineering culture of continuous improvement

What problems will you be solving?

• Revolutionising care management with AI - Integrate AI to automate mundane tasks, provide intelligent transcriptions and offer predictive analysis
• Building the operational backbone of care homes - Develop the core Found
  
  OS platform, modules for enquiry tracking, resident occupancy, and billing
• Connecting the fragmented care ecosystem - Create integrations with accounting software and care planning systems; feed Found
  
  OS data into our marketplace
• Informing strategic decisions with data - Build reporting and analytics dashboards for care home operators

• You have 1-4 years of hands-on software engineering experience with strong Type Script skills and full-stack development across modern web technologies
