We're looking for a talented and driven AI Engineer to join our client's dynamic team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and operationalizing cutting‑edge AI solutions that form the core of our AI‑Enabled Landing Zones for a diverse range of clients.

• Design & Strategy :
  Develop AI strategies and roadmaps tailored to client business goals.
• Design scalable and secure AI architectures on cloud platforms like Azure and AWS.
• Development :
  Build and optimize end‑to‑end AI / ML workflows, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation using advanced Python and frameworks like Tensor Flow or PyTorch.
• Deployment (MLOps) :
  Operationalize models using modern MLOps practices. Leverage tools like Databricks, Azure ML, Kubernetes, and Dockerto ensure reliable, production‑ready deployments.
• Continuous Improvement :
  Monitor, maintain, and retrain models in production, incorporating feedback to ensure they continue to deliver real‑world value and performance.
• Collaboration :
  Work within Agile Scrum teams alongside Cloud Consultants and Engineers to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high‑quality, value‑driven solutions.

• 2-5 years of hands‑on experience in designing, developing, and implementing AI / ML models.
• Strong proficiency in Python programmingand AI / ML frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, or Scikit‑Learn).
• Proven, practical experience with Databricks and / or Azure MLfor data processing and model development.
• Solid understanding of MLOps principles and tools, including
  
  Docker, Kubernetes, and CI / CD pipelines for automating the ML lifecycle.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Please Note :
This is a remote position; however, the successful candidate must be based in the Western Cape and be willing to travel to George (Garden Route) on a monthly basisif based in Cape Town for key meetings and collaboration.
