• Write robust, maintainable full-stack code

• Contribute to engineering culture through code reviews, design discussions, and shared learning

• 8+ years of experience building and maintaining full-stack web applications
• Strong front‑end skills in React, Type Script, and modern front‑end tooling (e.g., Next.js, SCSS)
• Proficient backend skills, particularly in Python, and comfort working across the stack
• Experience integrating with internal APIs using REST and GraphQL
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure (e.g., Git Hub Actions, AWS)

• Collaborative mindset with a focus on code reviews and shared ownership
• Strong debugging skills and ability to unblock teams
• Pragmatic decision‑making that prioritizes user experience
