Remote home based - UK only, access to London

Permanent Role - £80,000 - £85,000 + benefits

• Leading development across a modern, serverless‑first stack (Vercel, Neon, AWS Lambda)
• Building and maintaining robust APIs and services used by enterprise clients
• Owning delivery end‑to‑end — from discovery through to deployment and performance
• Shaping engineering culture, tooling, and processes as the team grows

• 8+ years’ full‑stack experience, with strong Type Script across backend (Express / Next.js) and frontend (React / Vue / Angular)
• Solid cloud‑native Dev Ops skills (AWS or GCP) — no server hugging here
• A sharp eye for quality, with strong testing and CI / CD practices
• Curiosity and ideas around how to harness generative AI in real‑world products
